Every RLEVE order ships from the United States with tracking. Here is how to find yours.
Your Tracking Email
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. As soon as your parcel leaves our facility we send a shipping confirmation to the email address you used at checkout, with the carrier's tracking number included when it is available. That email is the fastest way to follow your delivery.
If you cannot find it, check your spam and promotions folders before getting in touch. Please also allow a little time after the confirmation arrives for the carrier's system to register the parcel, as tracking can stay quiet for the first day or two.
Look Up An Order In Your Account
You can also see the status of any order from your RLEVE account. Sign in to your account with the email address you ordered with, open the order you want, and the tracking details appear alongside it. No password is needed, we email you a one-time code.
How Long Delivery Takes
Once an order has shipped, standard delivery within the United States takes approximately 7-11 business days. Processing time is separate from that estimate, so most orders arrive around 8-14 business days after they are placed. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Rates
Standard shipping within the United States is $8.00, and it is free on orders of $70.00 or more. Express shipping is $15.00. Express is a faster carrier service and does not shorten the 1-3 business day processing period. The rate that applies to your order is shown at checkout before you pay.

If Your Tracking Has Not Moved
Carrier delays happen, and tracking can sit on the same status for a few days while a parcel is in transit. If your tracking has not updated for more than five business days, or the estimated window has passed and your order has not arrived, email us at hello@rleve.com with your order number and we will chase it with the carrier for you.
