Free US shipping
Standard shipping is free on every order to addresses in the United States. We currently ship within the US only.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays). Orders placed after 12 pm ET or on weekends are processed the next business day.
Delivery time
Once your order ships, delivery usually takes 5–8 business days. Items in the same order may ship separately and arrive on different days; you will not be charged extra when this happens.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather and peak seasons can occasionally add a few days.
Tracking
When your order ships, we email you a tracking link. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to show its first update.
Shipping address
Please check your address carefully at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us within 12 hours of placing your order and we will do our best to update it before it ships. We cannot redirect orders once they have shipped.
Lost, late or damaged orders
If your tracking has not updated for 10 business days, your order shows as delivered but you have not received it, or it arrives damaged, email us at hello@rleve.com with your order number. For damaged items, please include photos within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you on a replacement or refund.
